First 150

There was no footy game this morning so mum cooked us bacon and eggs for breakfast and we were ready for a big day. We left Virginia towards the bike track and past the RAAF base then though Mawson Lakes past the Velodrome and into the City. Then towards the airport and into Glenelg. We stopped in Glenelg and had fish and chips for lunch. There were lots of people hanging out in Glenelg. After we had a bit of a rest we headed home up the coast through Henley, Grange and Semaphore through Wingfield and up Salisbury Highway then back the same way past the RAAF base. Just as we came into Virginia a little dog ran out and chased us down the road it wasn’t as scary as that big dog, actually it was quite funny. As we were about to turn into our street we realised our distance was 147kms so we turned and rode a few laps of the local streets.

Today’s stats 150.5kms 7hours 17 minutes

How do I feel? Tired, hungry but really happy with today’s effort
